Osmo Concrete oil 610,
Transparent oil and wax combination silk-matt, which uniquely combines the benefits of natural oils and waxes in one product, does not form a film on the surface, but instead penetrates the surface. The impregnation with Osmo Concrete Oil makes the surface water and dirt repellent and stain resistant. Dust from screeds and concrete surfaces is greatly reduced.
Do you want to treat concrete, terracotta or stones outside ? Then use our Osmo Stone and Terracotta Oil.
Usage;
Osmo Concrete oil is suitable for clear impregnation of almost all types of concrete. Think about; artificial stone, screed and natural stone with a polished, sanded or crushed surface, as well as for unglazed tiles. This product is especially suitable for wall cladding and floors in the kitchen and bathroom. Also for table tops, windowsills and worktops in the kitchen.
Preparation;
Thoroughly clean beforehand, make sure that the surface is absorbent, clean, dry and frost-free, you may also clean it well with this special cleaner.
Osmo concrete oil is ready for use; do not dilute, stir well. Always try on an invisible part first .
apply;
Apply thinly with the special brush, floor brush or special rollers and spread well.
Remove excess product with a pad or lint-free cloth. For a larger surface, remove excess oil with a rubber scraper and polish with a single-disc machine (white pad).
Important; the liquid Osmo Concrete Oil must be absorbed into the surface. No oil should remain on the surface. Let dry for 8 -10 hours.
Ventilate well while drying. Also apply the second coat very thinly. Remove the excess product again.
When renovating already oiled surfaces, one coat on a cleaned surface is normally sufficient.
cleaning tools; With Osmo brush cleaner (free from aromatic compounds)
Drying time; approx. 8-10 hours (normal climatic conditions, ventilate well during drying. Lower temperatures and/or higher humidity may increase the drying time.
note;
Oils enhance the natural color of the surface (permanent wet effect). Making a test is absolutely necessary! Impregnation can affect the slip resistance of the original surfaces. White or very light colored stone/surface may turn slightly yellow due to the oil treatment! The acid sensitivity of the stone (eg marble) remains unaffected.
Available sizes: 0.75 and 2.5 litres.
