Osmo Joint Kit (colorless no 7350)

Osmo Joint Kit is a clear polymer dispersion for filling cracks and joints in sanded wooden floors or parquet. Extremely high filling power, short drying times and good sanding properties ensure a quality product. Joint sealant is combined with sanding dust and therefore offers the great advantage that it matches the color of the substrate exactly.

APPLICATION
Stir well before application in a bucket or directly on the floor (mix like bread dough), so that any settlements are mixed.
Mix sanding dust, preferably from the same type of wood with grit 80-120, to a thick paste (approx. 15% weight increase due to addition of sanding dust).
Fill the floor diagonally with a stainless steel double blade scraper (see below) while pressing the wood putty firmly into the joints. Repeat this process if necessary.
After 30 - 60 minutes, the dried paste can be coarsely sanded (grit P80) and then finely sanded (grit P100 - 120) so that no wood putty remains on the surface of the parquet. In most cases, fine sanding with grit P100 - 120 is sufficient.

Note: Because wood putty mixture and application strongly depend on wood type and sanding dust, a test application is absolutely necessary! Do not fill joints in resilient or loose plank floors!
